The New Church Leadership Institute is designed to help you discern whether or not you may have the gifts and personality to become a planter. You will also begin to learn the unique opportunities, challenges, and hard work of planting a new faith community. The Institute’s leader, Jim Griffith, brings years of experience of planting congregations himself, and now as a consultant to new congregations. Even if you never become a planter, the New Church Leadership Institute offers insights about you and about leading a congregation, which are beneficial to any ministry setting.

This Institute is open to clergy of any status and laity.
